Welcome to the JH Engineering, Inc. web site. We are a Statewide, full service engineering firm with nearly a half century of combined experience in complex and unusual industrial, civil and military projects. JH Engineering provides innovative approaches to civil, geological, coastal, and environmental engineering providing solutions within Local, State and Federal juristictions.. We currently operate within the State of Georgia where the company can leverage its staffs' existing collective reputation into long-term contracts centered on excellent service and cost effectiveness. We believe that we can service this limited market better than larger firms and we have better service packages at a more reasonable cost than existing competitors of equal size.

JH Engineering is an S-Corporation registered in the state of Georgia.  Its founder is Mr. Joseph Hudak Jr. a  civil engineer with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers for 35 years.  Mr. Hudak holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional (PE) in the State of Georgia. On call are a highly respected group of engineers, hydrologists, geologists, and graphic artists and GIS specialists who(m), combined are virtually unmatched anywhere in this industry.

The mission of our firm is to advance the interests of each client.  We strive to partner with the client in close cooperation to meet the client’s goals and objectives.  At the same time we are mindful of our responsibility to serve the client in the most economically efficient manner.

Our location to air service, rail service, the interstate highway system, and the Georgia Ports permits our handling of engineering matters statewide from the tip of the northern multi-State boundaries to the southern most portions of the State.  On some occasions we have handled matters in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia.

The company's main client focus are architect/engineering companies, construction companies, local and state governments, real estate companies and utility and water companies. By focusing on institutions such as these that have special needs, we believe we will be able to better serve our clients and produce a superior service that is more effective that other civil/geo-engineering firms.

The Services

JHE offers comprehensive civil/geo-engineering services to our clients. Our services fall into three main categories of geotechnical engineering services, environmental restoration, and construction monitoring/laboratory testing. Some of these services include surface and groundwater evaluation, erosion analysis, slope stability analysis, laboratory analysis of soils, rock, groundwater, load testing, slope stability, and settlement analysis. All services offered carry the highest degree of expertise and experience beyond the norm for most A/E and construction firms.  Each project is customized to our client and its scope, length, depth, reach, and cost are unique.
